Goodbye Leonard
Leonard, a loyal beta fish, passed peacefully to that great bowl in the sky last night between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. Leonard was a loving fish, always excited to see his food jar and fiercely protective of his purple plastic plant. Leonard was preceeded in death by Milton and is survived by a fish yet to come. His owner, Alison, said that the death came as a surprise, but looking back, he had been staring longingly at photos of the ocean lately and eating very little. Although Leonard was ready to go, he left behind a little fish-shaped hole in her heart. Goodbye Leonard... remember all drains lead to the ocean.

His blues were the bluest and reds were so fine,
He made no mean faces or acted unkind,
He flaunted his stuff when the water was right,
And wiggled his fin when we whispered "Good Night",
We'll always remember that Leonard we will,
No other fish, his bowl, could they ever fill.
Fish shaped hole... hahaha. You crack me up. :)
Aahhh, poor Leonard. This comes as a great shock to me. I'm so sorry for your loss.
Are there going to be any services held so those of us that knew him best can offer our final goodbyes?
Leonard. You will be missed.
let us know about the wake, okay? my condolences to you and paul.
I'm so sorry for your loss...it must have been a shocker to go and feed him and not have him get all excited. Didn't know the little guy but it pains me to know that you have a hole in your heart. Just know I am thinking about you!!!
